Painting the Figure with Klaus Wörner
Let me show you a structural method for figure painting that can lead to subtlety and believable colors in your work. The emphasis will be placed on the fundamentals, which, when fully utilized, can result in fine paintings—especially important when tackling the complex subject of painting from the live model.
We will cover topics such as observation, drawing with the brush, values, saturation, temperature, and edges. Additionally, we will explore paint application, including the use of brushes, paint mediums, and surfaces.
