Draw Portraits from a Model
This portrait class is ideal for advanced students who want to apply and deepen their foundational knowledge. Each week features a different model, which you will independently draw in both long and short poses. At our art school, we believe that many short drawings will effectively help you achieve your goal of drawing better portraits! The instructor will provide you with assignments and corrections on transparent paper and will be present at all times to support you with your individual challenges.
Note: If you are already very advanced, you are welcome to paint in this class.

Prerequisites for this Drawing Class
You should already be able to independently and accurately draw a portrait with the correct proportions. If you have never drawn portraits before or want to strengthen your basics, the Portrait Fundamentals class would be better for you. If you want to paint, you should definitely be very confident in your painting skills.
Drawing Materials
For this drawing class, we recommend using charcoal pencils on newsprint paper. Alternatively, you can also use pencils and other smooth paper, at least in A3 size. You can find recommendations for drawing materials in our material lists.
Group instructions will be in German. And your personal feedback in English.

Class Conditions
- Info: Please only pay when you receive an e-mail confirmation that the class is taking place.
- The class will only take place with sufficient bookings.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the class must pay the full price.
- If the class is cancelled by our side, you will get 100 % of your payments reimbursed.
